At Adam His Answer to Grooming, we aim to process and deliver your order in the quickest, most efficient manner possible. Delivery times are based and determined by your choice of shipping method and address.  Please note we cannot guarantee delivery times on any shipment once it has left our premises as we have no control over the carrier, or any unforseen circumstances that may arise during delivery. Below are some basic guidelines for shipping rates and estimated shipping times.

All orders are procesed Monday through Friday and shipped via Canada Post or UPS. Orders received before 11am (EST) will be processed same day. Any order received after 11am (EST) or during a holiday(s), will be processed the next business day.

United States customers please note, delivery time is based on destination.  If you find that your purchase is taking longer than anticipated to arrive please contact us and we will track the package for you.
 

  • We are not liable if you/recipient is not available or if goods are received by someone other than the person it was intended for. 
  • We do not ship to post office boxes.
  • All items must be shipped together and only to a single shipping address.
  • We do not accept responsibility or incurred costs for undeliverable packages due to missed delivery attempts or customer errors such as the entry of a incorrect delivery address.

 

RETURNS

Adam His Answer to Grooming will accept the return/exchanges of unopened, unused and resalable items if received within 14 days of purchase with original sales receipt.

  • If entire order is being returned, all samples or gifts must be returned unused and unopened.
  • The value of unreturned samples and gifts will be debited from any refund which may be given.
  • Refunds for returned item(s) will be credited back to the credit card originally used to purchase the item(s), less all shipping fees. This includes the cost of free shipping if order was shipped in this manner. Please note, credited returns could take up to 30 days.
  • All items on sale are final and will not be accepted for a return/exchange or refunds

Upon receipt of your order shipment, please check it thoroughly. If you notice any damaged or missing item(s) from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, so we can gladly rectify the situation. Damaged items will not be refunded. Item(s) will be replaced if the damaged item(s) is returned within 7 days of purchase with original sales receipt. Shipping costs of all returned item(s) are the responsibility of the customer.

For the return of of unused and unopened items purchased through adamgrooming.com, please email us with the following:

  1. Your full name.
  2. Your shipping address and telephone
  3. A valid email address.
  4. Your adamgrooming.com order number.
  5. The reason for your return.

Item(s) will not be refunded until returns are received and inspected by Adam His Answer to Grooming. Upon receipt of returned items, we will send you a confirmation email regarding the credit of your return.
