Delivery times are based and determined by your choice of shipping method and address. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery times on any shipment once it has left our premises as we have no control over the carrier, or any unforseen circumstances that may arise during delivery. All orders are procesed Monday through Friday and shipped via Canada Post or UPS. Orders received before 11am (EST) will be processed same day. Any order received after 11am (EST) or during a holiday(s), will be processed the next business day.
United States customers please note, delivery time is based on destination. If you find that your purchase is taking longer than anticipated to arrive please contact us and we will track the package for you.
RETURNS
Adam His Answer to Grooming will accept the return/exchanges of unopened, unused and resalable items if received within 14 days of purchase with original sales receipt.
Upon receipt of your order shipment, please check it thoroughly. If you notice any damaged or missing item(s) from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, so we can gladly rectify the situation. Damaged items will not be refunded. Item(s) will be replaced if the damaged item(s) is returned within 7 days of purchase with original sales receipt. Shipping costs of all returned item(s) are the responsibility of the customer.
